In this situation of pandemic due to COVID 19, ASP maintains active assistance to people who need monthly food support. Food Bank coordinates with us to attend to emergency cases, which we are including in aid to the most vulnerable families. From mid-March to April, we have treated 170 people in the group that we support on a monthly basis, and the number of new emergency cases grows every week. Currently we open almost daily to serve families who refer us to the closure of other devices. We need more resources, Food Bank provides us with a part, we are using reserves, but there are hygiene aids or for children and babies that can only come out of our funds. We are launching a "COVID 19 Campaign" to serve those who cannot access other resources and who come to us derived from other institutions, the City Council, the Food Bank, churches, acquaintances, etc. Get involved in the "COVID 19 Campaign" for those who need an urgent response.
