CAMPAINGS

We carry out regular collection and distribution campaigns at different times of the year for:

 

• Hygiene items: This campaign collects new underwear and personal hygiene products for everyone who visits the clothing bank. At the clothing bank, we distribute secondhand clothing and shoes that we receive through donations. Underwear and hygiene products must be new, as they are for personal use.

• Diapers: One of the most requested items at ASP is diapers for children of all sizes. Many of our beneficiaries are women at risk of social exclusion, mostly single mothers without stable employment and without resources. These donations are typically made from January to June and from September to December.

• School supplies: Most ASP beneficiaries are parents with school-aged children. Their financial situation prevents them from affording textbooks and school supplies. This campaign runs from June to September.

• Christmas: Every year at Christmas, ASP launches a special food drive, collecting items such as nougat, shortbread, marzipan, nuts, and fruit in syrup. These items are distributed before the Christmas season, equitably, during the opening hours of the "Consuelo Olmo" clothing bank. This campaign also collects toys, which are cleaned, sorted, and distributed to the children of ASP beneficiaries. This campaign runs annually from September to mid-December.

• Food: This campaign collects basic food items including: milk, cookies, legumes, oil, rice, pasta, tomatoes, etc. These items are distributed to beneficiaries who come to our headquarters on Thursdays during the same opening hours as the "Consuelo Olmo" clothing bank.
